PROCESS ENGINEER/SCIENTIST FOR COMPLEX FILM CVD
Must have HANDS-ON multi-component CVD experience, as well as thorough materials understanding, device/applications experience, characterization experience, writing experience, and be willing to interact with customers. Oxide experience a strong plus. Person will routinely grow materials, service system and generate engineering proposals/reports/presentations. Person will help guide systems and materials technology development at Structured Materials. Ph.D. preferred, other degrees may be accepted.

PRODUCT SPECIALIST/SALES MANAGER/ENGINEER FOR COMPLEX CVD SYSTEMS
Must have proven “vacuum” deposition system sales, marketing, service, and design development experience. Understanding of ferroelectric, TCO and other multi-component oxide CVD markets a strong benefit. Person will develop market and product definition and develop market and sales plans, as well as be a direct interface with SMI customers. Person will need to sell systems subassemblies, components, and process development services. Will also need to coordinate and generate equipment and materials quotes based upon customer’s needs and bills of materials and generate proposals/reports/presentations/sales literature. Travel and show booth attendance anticipated. Person will help guide customer driven systems and materials technology development at Structured Materials. Technical and marketing degree preferred.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER FOR COMPLEX CVD SYSTEMS
Must have Hands-on design and manufacturing experience of "vacuum" deposition equipment. Experience with cluster tool technology a strong benefit. Person will develop product and process specifications and assist with marketing and process development, as well as be a direct interface to the customers. Will also need to coordinate market, customer and in-house processing responses into system design refinements. Will need to generate bills of materials and generate proposals/reports/presentations/sales literature. Person will help guide oxide systems and materials technology development at Structured Materials Industries, Inc. Engineering degree required.

RADIATION DEVICE SCIENTIST/ENGINEER
SMI has begun development of radiation hard device, principally for memory applications, as well as radiation detection devices. Device design experience desired. Experienced microelectronics device radiation technologist.
